David is a management consultant specialising in organisational development and change management, having spent many years working as a value-for-money specialist at the National Audit Office and the Wales Audit Office, He is also a narrative consultant, performance storyteller and folk-singer with a particular interest in archaeology, history and landscape. He is currently a resilience associate for the Arts Council of Wales and an external assessor for the Arts Council of Wales’ capital programme. Apart from having written and contributed to a great number of official publications and consultancy reports over many years, David is co-author of An Ecobardic Manifesto: A Vision for the Arts in a Time of Environmental Crisis (Awen, 2008), author of ‘Voices in the City’ in Storytelling for a Greener World: Environment, Community and Story-Based Learning (Hawthorn Press, 2014) and author of ‘The Wind Shall Blow’ in Ballad Tales (History Press, 2017).
